(주) 양지 연구소는 다양한 건축 및 건설 환경에 대한 조사와 연구, 그리고 물리적 개발이 추후 사용과관리까지 통합적으로 함께 이루어 질 수 있도록 노력하고 있으며, 워크샵, 출판 및 전시 등의 활동을 추구하고 있습니다.
The Research and Design unit of Yangji and Co. is a young team of urban practitioners, architects,
engineers and designers. The team situates itself at the crossroads of research and practice.
One of the fundamental approaches of the team to urban projects is the workshop.
The workshop is a tool that allows the team to involve all the actors involved in the process to generate an outcome that is rooted in the user’s needs. Workshops are an essential part of different stages of the project – they might be used in the beginning to generate ideas, in the middle to shape the design or at the end to receive feedback on how to make the project better.
Yangji & Co. wants to integrate international research methodologies in practical South Korean projects.
