세부내용

공주시의 도시 및 읍면 지역에는 다양한 공장 및 창고 건축물들이 입지하고 있으며 개별 공장 및 창고 건축물의 디자인에 대한 기준이 존재하지 않기 때문에 전체적 경관을 훼손 하는 경우가 많아 경관관리를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 주변환경과 조화로운 경관과 창고 건축물의 디자인에 대한 세부적인 기준을 제시하여 경관관리를 위한 가이드라인을 만들고자 한다.

There are various factories and warehouse buildings located in the urban and rural areas of Gongju City, and because there are no specific design standards for individual factory and warehouse buildings, there are often cases where they detract from the overall landscape. Therefore, guidelines for landscape management have been proposed. The aim is to provide detailed criteria for the design of warehouse buildings that harmonize with the surrounding environment and landscape, and to create guidelines for landscape management.
