서산은 1,100ha 규모의 한우 개량사업소 목초지가 펼쳐져 있고 수려한 자연경관을 보유하고 있다. 지역의 우수한 문화 역사 자원과 연계한 한우 테마파크 조성으로 지역 정체성과 관광산업 활성화를 목표로 테마 파크를 위한 기본계획을 수립하였다. 체험형 테마파크 조성을 위해 자연 요소와 휴양요소를 결합한 컨셉으로 온가족이 함께 걷고 즐기는 프로그램을 마련하였다. 서산시민과 타시도의 접근성을 고려한 후보지를 가야산 일대의 지역, 해안경관을 즐길수 있는 후보지를 선정하여 향후 조성시 사업의 성과를 높일 수 있는 대안을 제시하였다.

Seosan has a sprawling 1,100-hectare pasture for Hanwoo (Korean native cattle) improvement projects and boasts beautiful natural landscapes. With the aim of enhancing the local identity and promoting tourism, a basic plan for a Hanwoo-themed park has been established, integrating the region's excellent cultural and historical resources. The park is designed as an experiential theme park that combines natural elements and recreational elements, offering programs where families can walk and enjoy together. Candidate sites were selected, considering accessibility for both Seosan residents and visitors from other areas, including the mountainous area of Gaya-san and coastal areas, in order to propose alternatives that can maximize the success of the project in the future.
