천안시 도시계획시설 중 장기미집행시설 해제신청 건에 대하여 심의절차를 진행하는 프로젝트였다. 장기미집행시설이란 계획되어 있으나 10년이상 지난 시설이다. 2020년 7월 일몰제로 인하여 전부 해제되기 때문에 다소 문제소지가 있다. 토지소유자들이 신청한 사안에 대하여 국토부 지침에 해제신청 5가지 기준에 부합하는 검토하고 도시계획심의를 이행하여 해제하였다.

This project involved the review process for the release application of long-term unexecuted facilities within the urban planning facilities of Cheonan City. Long-term unexecuted facilities refer to facilities that have been planned but have not been implemented for over 10 years. Due to the sunset clause in July 2020, all such facilities are required to be released, which poses some challenges. The applications submitted by landowners were reviewed in accordance with the five criteria for release application specified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the urban planning review was conducted to proceed with the release.
