세부내용

서울시의 저층주거지에서의 대안적 모델을 기획하고 제시하고자 도시건축을 하는 우리자신이 건축주가 되어 부지를 찾고 기획, 설계, 감리하여 입주자가 되었다.

근생과 주택의 복합건물로 저층부에는 사무실, 상층부 3개층은 공동체주택의 개념을 살려 회사에서 함께 일하는 공동체가 입주민이 되었다.

We ourselves, who are building cities to plan and present alternative models in low-rise residential areas in Seoul, have become tenants by finding sites, planning, design, and supervision. It is a complex building of modern life and housing, with offices in the lower floors and three upper floors utilizing the concept of community housing, the community working together in the company became residents.
