서울시의 오래된 역사가 겹겹히 쌓여있는 경복궁 서측지역의 한옥밀집지역의 근본적 주택개선과 역사문화적 가치를 활용할 수 있는 가치의 재생적 측면의 도시재생 활성화 계획을 수립하였다. Covid19로 인해 대규모의 인원이 함께 모일 수 없는 점을 감안하여 소규모 골목반상회, 의제별 워크샵 서측생활, 온라인 설명회, 온오프라인 공청회 등의 다양한 기법을 활용하여 주민참여형 도시재생 활성화계획을 수립, 주민들과 전문가가 함께 기획하고 지역기반의 법인 설립을 통해 기존재생사업의 한단계 발전된 사례를 만들고자한다.

A plan was established to fundamentally improve housing in the western part of Gyeongbokgung Palace, where the city's long history is piled up, and to revitalize urban regeneration in terms of value that can utilize historical and cultural values. Considering that large numbers of people cannot gather together due to Covid19, we will establish a resident-participatory urban regeneration revitalization plan using various techniques such as small alley neighborhood meetings, agenda-specific workshops, online briefing sessions, and online public hearings.

서울시의 오래된 역사가 겹겹이 쌓여있는 경복궁서측 한옥밀집지역의 생활환경 개선과 주민들의 역량 강화, 역사문화적 가치 보전을 위한 도시재생 활성화계획을 수립하였다. Covid19로 인해 대규모의 인원이 함께 모일 수 없는 점을 감안하여 소규모 골목반상회, 의제별 주민워크샵, 온라인 설명회, 온오프라인 공청회 등의 다양한 기법을 활용하여 주민참여형 도시재생 활성화계획을 수립하였으며, 주민들과 전문가가 함께 기획하고 운영하는 지역 거점 공간을 통해 도시재생 기반을 마련하였다.

In the west-Gyeongbokgung district, where the long history of Seoul is layered, we have established an urban regeneration plan to improve the living environment, strengthen the capacity of residents, and preserve historical and cutural values in the Hanok area. As large groups of people could not gather due to Covid19, we used various techniques such as small alleyway meetings, agenda-based resident workshops, online briefings, and online/offlline public hearings to establish resident-participatory plan. In addition, we made a local hub spaces planned and operated together by residents and experts.
