천혜의 자연환경을 가지고 있지만, 인구절벽의 위기앞에 놓인 남해군의 전반적인 공간환경 및 활용에 대한 분석과 진단을 통해 공간중심의 전략적 보존 및 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

남해군 전체에 대한 GIS분석과 현장 조사를 결합한 조사와 진단을 통한 공간 관리 및 활용의 전략, 중점추진권역인 남해읍 일원에 대해서는 보다 심도있는 문제해결 및 미래의 비전을 실현시키는 구체적인 공간전략을 함께 수립하였다.

Although it has a natural environment, the analysis and diagnosis of the overall spatial environment and utilization of Namhae-gun in the face of a crisis of population shortage suggested a strategic space-oriented conservation and development direction. A detailed spatial strategy was established for the area of Namhae-eup that combines GIS analysis and on-site investigation of the entire Namhae-gun, and for the area of Namhae-eup, a more in-depth problem-solving and realizing the vision of the future.
