세부내용

천안 신·구도심의 격차완화를 위해 중점추진권역을 설정하고 공공건축 및 디자인 계획을 반영한 세부 전략사업을 도출하였다. 천안시의 도시정체성과 통합이미지 구축을 위한 장소 중심의 중장기 발전계획을 수립하고 공간환경의 체계적이고 효율적인 활용·관리 계획을 설정하였다.

공간환경전략계획을 통해 산발적으로 추진되어온 공공건축 및 공간환경 관련 사업을 통합적이고 지속적으로 관리할 수 있는 체계를 제시하였으며, 우선추진사업 선정과 단계별 사업추진계획 도출, 예산확보방안과 추진협의체 운영계획 등 실현화 방안을 마련하였다.

In order to reduce the gap between the new and old downtown areas of Cheonan, we set main promoting area of the project and came out with detailed strategic projects reflecting public architecture and design plans. We made a long-term development plan centered on each place to build Cheonan's urban identity and integrated image, and set a plan for systematic, efficient use of the spatial environment.

Through the spatial environment strategy plan, we proposed a system to manage public architecture and spatial projects that have been promoted sporadically in an integrated and continuous manner, and prepared realization measures including selection of priority projects, derivation of step-by-step plans, budget securing measures, and operation plans for the promotion council.
