세부내용

수부리 창조적 마을만들기는 전통을 재발견하여 마을의 정체성을 살리고 화합과 협동 기반의 공동체를 위한 주민들 사이의 갈등 해소를 목표로 하였다. 구체적인 사업으로는 마을회관과 취수탑 부지를 정비하여 주민을 위한 경로당 시설과 주민 역량강화를 위한 고남포 문화 복지공간을 조성하는 것과 마을의 휴게 공간과 주차장을 조성하여 주민들이 서로 소통하고 일상을 공유할 수 있는 두레 공원을 만드는 것이었다. 또한 리더 및 주민교육 견학과 화합 한마당 운영 컨설팅을 통해 지속가능한 수안마을 발전을 도모하였다. 자생적 주민 조직체 및 시설물 관리를 위한 조직체의 규약을 마련하고 수안마을 역사·문화 스토리텔링 개발 및 주민교육을 통해 역사·문화 해설사를 육성 계획도 수립하였다.

The Creative Village Development in Suburi aimed to rediscover traditions, preserve the identity of the village, and resolve conflicts among residents to foster a community based on harmony and cooperation. As part of the specific projects, the plan included the redevelopment of the village community center and the water intake site to create facilities such as a community center for residents and a cultural welfare space for enhancing residents' capabilities in Gonam-po. It also involved the creation of a Dure Park, providing a leisure space and parking lot for residents to communicate and share their daily lives. Additionally, efforts were made to promote sustainable development in Sunan Village through leadership training, resident education tours, and consulting for harmonious community events. Regulations were established for self-sustaining resident organizations and the management of facilities, along with the development of storytelling about the history and culture of Sunan Village, and plans to cultivate historical and cultural interpreters through resident education.
